Torch Awards tap indie LA agency

New York, NY – November 29: The New York Festival’s Torch Awards, which champion the next generation of young creatives, has appointed LA agency David&Goliath to help market the 2017 awards.

David&Goliath founder,David Angelo, sat on the Torch Awards jury this year, and enjoyed the “inspirational” experience of witnessing the competition from a behind-the-scenes perspective, seeing young creatives pitch their ideas, and deliberatingwith the jury panel.


“I was very inspired by the calibre of thinking that came from these young creatives,” he says.


Torch director Lisa Armstrong said: “David Angelo’s dedication to championing the next generation of creatives was evident through his dynamic participation while on the 2016 Torch Jury,” said Lisa Armstrong, Director, Torch Awards.

The Torch Awards submission deadline is February 17. Finalist teams will be announced on April 3. The winning team will be announced at the New York show on May 18.
