AUCKLAND, Thursday: Colenso creative chairman Nick Worthington is recovering from a bicycle accident in Auckland late last week. Apparently he escaped the downsizing at the agency that’s seen the departure of the ECD and CD (see accompanying story).
Colenso BBDO has yet to comment, but Aussie ad site Campaign Brief reported: “He was knocked out cold by a car running a red light.”
“Love the emergency services. Fucking angels.”
Worthington is now out of hospital and on the mend.
On his Instagram page he wrote: “Day six; stitches out today and incredible to watch the healing process first hand. Love your body, it’s a fucking miracle. And love the emergency services. Fucking Angels.
“And please, look out for each other.”
