AUCKLAND, Today: Ponsonby indie YoungShand Creative & Media has appointed Ryan Sproull as strategy & experience director.

Sproull joins Marie-Claire Mason, who joined the YoungShand team as a senior strategist last year. Together with the recent addition of Andrea Long to head of media, his appointment completes the agency’s integrated strategy offering.

“Following some early publishing experience, he eventually found himself drawn into digital strategy at Shift and TBWA\Tequila.
He then returned to his roots, leaning on his early study to broaden his brand and marketing strategy skills at VML Sydney and VMLY&R Auckland,”
