AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Global data-driven analytics & brand consulting company Kantar has appointed Jon Foged (a Kiwi) to new, Melbourne-based leadership role across Australia and New Zealand.
Jon Foged is now AUNZ managing director – insights division. Previously, he was Kantar Australia’s insights division ceo. NZ ceo Jason Shoebridge will be leaving the company (scroll down).
Kantar insights division APAC president Wayne Levings, who’s based in New York, said: “The creation of this new position is the culmination of a multi-year transformation of our presence in the region.

“Foged has a 17-year tenure with Kantar and is known for his strategic, commercial and people-focused leadership across APAC. He has been ceo of the insights division in Australia since 2018 and was previously chief strategic & business development officer for APAC region, and ceo for Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.
“He has also held MD roles in Singapore and Malaysia.”

Kantar NZ ceo Jason Shoebridge will leave the business in April, after more than a decade with Kantar and its predecessors.
