MELBOURNE, Thursday: Thrive PR + communications, which claims to be Australasia’s largest independent PR agency, has announced the appointment of Hazal Alkac, who takes the helm of its digital and content studio across New Zealand and Australia this month.

Hazal, who is based in Sydney, is a senior content, brand and social media strategist, with long-standing experience in the marketing industry. A Thrive release informs us she joins the 50+ strong team “at a time where brands are demanding more integrated strategies, developed and delivered quickly with budgets in mind”.

“Thrive do an incredible job of storytelling and are able to make each campaign relevant to the market. I am excited to add to the success of the team by building out robust content and social media strategies that amplify our client’s campaigns across all aspects of digital media,” Hazal said.

“Thrive is also on the hunt for an experienced account manager to join its growing Auckland office.”

Hazal says she is wasting no time in expanding expertise across the existing team to meet client demand, recruiting for a Social Media Specialist who will work across NZ & AU clients, based out of the Melbourne office.

Thrive, which is celebrating 18 years in business this year, is also on the hunt for an experienced account manager to join its growing Auckland office, based in central Britomart.
