New post-merger identify for MEC & Maxus

London and New York, 6th September 2017: A new billion-dollar media/content/technology agency – named Wavemaker – has been created by WPP/GroupM from the merger of MEC and Maxus. MEC NZ, which has a very low profile in this country, is sure to also adopt the new name.
