NZME (formerly APN/TRN) has appointed Michael Boggs as its new Chief Financial Officer: Boggs comes to NZME from Tower where for the last four years he managed the Tower Group’s multi-billion dollar assets, take executive accountability for Tower’s Pacific Islands operations and play a leading role in Tower’s earthquake recovery programme.

DB Breweries has appointed Amber McEwen as its external relations manager. She’s recently returned from South East Asia, and is ex Fairfax Media (comms manager), TBWA NZ’s Eleven PR (GAD), and PPR.

Liz Fraser has been appointed to a Group Executive role as Group Head of Revenue for MediaWorks. The new role is charged with growing group revenue, and creates a single interface for customers across MediaWorks’ range of assets; television, radio, digital, social, product integration and sponsorships.

MediaWorks Radio has appointed Leon Wratt as group content director – music: In this new role, he will be responsible for the company’s music brands, The Edge, The Rock, More FM, The Breeze, The Sound, Mai FM, Kiwi FM, George, Coromandel FM, Radio Dunedin and Times FM.
